I love Memphis and have been there several times. On my last visit I was delighted to meet Aaron Hanna at the Hog and Hominy restaurant and bar (Italian cooking with Southern roots, they call it). Not only is Aaron a thoroughly nice guy – and, this being Memphis, he is of course in a band – he is also a terrific bartender and cocktail creator.
I suggested to my Editor at Chilled magazine that she should feature Aaron in a Head Bartender Profile, and she agreed. The profile appeared in Volume 10 Number 1, with Clive Owen on the cover.
